Cancellation & Refund Policy

At MediPract, we strive to deliver the highest quality of service and clarity to our users. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before using our services.

1. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel appointments or pharmacy orders within a specified time window prior to dispatch or consultation. The cancellation window may vary depending on the type of service.

Teleconsultations can be canceled up to 1 hour before the scheduled time.
Pharmacy orders can be canceled before dispatch confirmation.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds once a service has been booked or an order has been processed. This includes but is not limited to:

Completed or in-progress teleconsultations
Dispatched or delivered pharmacy orders
Any health packages or subscriptions

3. Exceptions

In rare cases where services cannot be rendered due to technical issues or provider unavailability, MediPract may evaluate refund requests at its sole discretion.
